Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. How to make
- Boil ribs, meat and cloves with 2.5 liters of water until 3/4 tender. After that, set aside 1 1/2 L of water for the soup stock (I boiled it in a pressure cooker)
- heat a little oil, saute ground spices, until fragrant. set aside
- Boil the meat and ribs with broth, add red beans, carrots, potatoes and stir-fry spices. Cook until vegetables and red beans are tender. Just before turning off the heat, add the chopped tomatoes, stir and cook for a while. Taste test. Turn off the fire. Sprinkle sliced scallions & celery
- Pour the soup into a bowl, sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve with lime and boiled chili sauce
