Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1 large rooster (approximately a kilo) for 4 wash thoroughly
1 large leek (pot2)
2 celery stalks (tie knots)
1500-2000ml water
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken stock powder
Ground spices
10 cloves of red onion
8 cloves of garlic
5 pcs candlenut
4 cm galangal
2 cm ginger
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp pepper

5 sheets of bay leaf
5 sheets of lime leaves
2 lemongrass stalks (geprek)
Soto
1 pack of soun (soak in hot water, drain)
4 hard boiled eggs (split 2)
250 gr bean sprouts (boiled)
1/4 cup cabbage (sliced 2)
2 pcs tomatoes (pot2)
Celery (sliced 2)
Fried onions
Fried emping
Lime (me: orange songkit)
Green chili chili sauce (pth cayenne pepper, boiled then finely blended)
Method
Sauté the ground spices in a saucepan with a little oil until they are cooked, pour water (me: 1500ml) add chicken, season with salt, sugar and powdered stock, stir well after boiling, cover the pot, cook until the chicken is tender.
After the chicken is tender, remove the chicken, set aside, add 500 ml of water, if the water is reduced, add the spring onions and celery, let it boil for a while, test the taste if it's right, turn off the heat.
Fry the chicken until brown, take the shredded meat, put the remaining bones back into the soto sauce, stir (so the sauce smells better)
Solution
Prepare a bowl, enter the soun, bean sprouts, cabbage, shredded chicken and tomatoes, pour the soto sauce, buy a topping of boiled eggs, celery and fried onions, squeeze lime on top, add chips and chili sauce
