Enoki Mushroom Tofu Soup Ingredients

  • 1 slice of thigh / chicken fillet
  • 2 pieces of tofu cut into squares
  • 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, remove the roots
  • 3 lbs white mustard slices

  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cm. geprek ginger
  • 1 stalk of spring onion

  • 1 tbsp xiao xing wine (you can skip it)

  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Cornstarch solution

How to Make Enoki Mushroom Tofu Soup

  • 1. Boil chicken until tender. Take the broth. Cut chicken into squares. Put it back into the sauce along with the garlic and ginger. Bring back to a boil.
  • 2. Add the mustard greens and tofu. add spices except sesame oil. Taste correction. Let it boil
  • 3. Enter the cornstarch solution, until it explodes. Then pour in the eggs while continuing to stir.
  • 4. Just before lifting, add the enoki and spring onions and sesame oil.
