Ingredient

  • 4 tomatoes, boiled, strained
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 10 sliced ​​sausages
  • 1 piece of chicken breast
  • 1 bowl frozen mixed veg.
  • 1/2 onion cut into small cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped.
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • Chicken broth
  • Sugar, salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 liter of water

Method

  • 1. Boil chicken in 1 liter of water until tender. Cut the box. Strain the broth.
  • 2. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the tomatoes in the blender, tomato sauce, and flour. Stir well.
  • 3. Pour in the chicken stock, add the stock blocks. After boiling. Add vegetables, chicken, sausage. Give nutmeg powder, sugar, salt, pepper. taste correction.
  • 4. Cook until done. Just before serving, add the scallions.
