Enoki Mushroom Ball Soup

Ingredients

• 3 cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
• 1 stalk of spring onion
• 1 pack of enoki
• Broth powder if you like
• Salt, pepper
• 1 tsp sesame oil

Meat Ball Ingredients

• 200gr ground beef
• 1/4 of a grated carrot
• 1/2 finely chopped onion
• 1 scallion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• Salt, pepper
• 2 tbsp tapioca.

How to Make Enoki Mushroom Meat Ball Soup

• 1. Saute garlic until fragrant, pour enough water, let it boil
• 2. Enter the meat balls, cook until they float. Add seasoning except sesame oil.
