Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
300 gr steamed potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 pack of beef bolognese pasta sauce 315 gr
8 large green chilies, thinly sliced
1 onion, coarsely chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 stalk of coriander (optional)
3 tbsp oil for frying
Oil for frying as needed
40 sheets of spring roll skin
Seasonings
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chili powder
How to make
1. Heat the oil, add the onion, stir until fragrant then add the chili, stir until fragrant.
2. Add the pasta bolognaise sauce, stir until smooth
3. Add the steamed potatoes and other seasonings. Cook until all the spices are absorbed. Then taste test. Remove and cool.
4. Because I use spring roll skin purchased at the market, one samosa I use 2 pieces of spring roll skin so it doesn't leak easily
5. Take 1 tablespoon of stuffed dough, place it on the spring roll skin and fold it into a triangle shape. Don't forget to rub the edges of the spring roll skin with flour and water so that it sticks neatly.
6. Heat the oil and fry the samosas until brown. Then lift and the samosas are ready to be served.
