Tempe Katsu With Spicy Sour Sauce
Wet Flour Ingredients
- – 1 egg
- – 2 cloves of garlic
- – 3 tbsp coconut milk
- – 4-5 tbsp wheat flour
- – Pepper
- – salt
- – sugar

Spicy Sour Sauce Ingredients:

- – 2 tbsp margarine / olive oil
- – 2 tbsp barbecue/tomato sauce
- – 1 tbsp sesame oil
- – 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- – 2 tbsp English soy sauce
- – 1 tbsp chili sauce
- – onion
- – 2 cloves of garlic
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Sugar
- salt
- vinegar to taste
- Enough water
- Corn flour (optional)

Other Ingredients:
- – 1 tempeh board
- – 150 gr bread flour
- enough cooking oil

Step:
- 1. Cut the tempeh according to taste and then flatten it
- 2. Make a wet dough, puree the garlic, season with a little salt. Put it in a container
- 3. Add eggs, coconut milk, flour, pepper, salt, stock / seasoning, and sugar. Stir well
- 4. Dip the tempeh in the wet mixture and then roll it in the breadcrumbs. Make sure the surface of the tempeh is perfectly coated
- 5. Fry the tempeh until it is golden brown
- 6. Make the spicy sour sauce. Slice the onion, cayenne pepper, and crush the garlic. Put it in a container
- 7. Add barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, English soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well. Add cornstarch if necessary
- 8. Add olive oil / margarine to the pan. Saute onion and garlic until brown
- 9. Add in the cayenne pepper and the sauce mixture
- 10. Add water, then taste
- 11. Add a little vinegar, cook until the sauce thickens
- 12. Tempe Katsu with Spicy Sour Sauce is ready to serve
