Ingredients

  • 600 gr rice
  • 85 ml thick coconut milk
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • A little cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • Salt, pepper powder, water to taste

The method

  • 1. Wash the rice and drain it, put the coconut milk in Magicom then salt, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, mix well
  • 2. Enter the rice, add enough water as usual to cook rice and stir. Taste correction.
  • 3. Cook until the rice is cooked then aronin briefly then press the cooking button again until it returns to its normal position.
  • 4. Aronin rice then prepare a cone mold, fill it with uduk rice while pressing it tightly and then flatten it. Let stand until warm, remove the uduk rice from the mold. Serve with accompaniments
