Materials

  • 3 pcs potatoes
  • To taste bolognese sauce
  • Sufficient minced meat (which has been cooked/sauteed), can use corned beef, etc
  • To taste mozzarella / quickmelt cheese
  • A little dry parsley for sprinkling

How to make

  • * Peel the potatoes, wash them. Then slice thinly.
  • * Arrange the potato pieces in a heat-resistant container (pyrex, aluminum cup, baking sheet)
  • , then, overwrite with the bolognese sauce, continue to add the minced meat, rearrange the potatoes again, alternating until the potatoes run out. For the top sprinkle mozzarella / quickmelt cheese and parsley.
