Ingredients for Balado's Lungs

  • 250 gr beef lung, wash clean
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 lime leaves
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil
  • Less water

Ground spices

  • 20 pieces of curly red chili
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • tomato
  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 2 segments of roasted turmeric
  • 2 tsp roasted coriander
  • 2 grains of roasted hazelnut

How to make

  • 1. Boil the beef lung with bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and salt to taste.. Boil until tender for about 45 minutes.. Remove and cut into small pieces”
  • 2. Fry the lungs until half dry, remove and set aside

  • 5. Check the taste, if it's just right.. Remove and serve warm

  • 4 lime leaves
