Crispy Dory Steak Ingredients

  • 500 grams of dory fish fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pack (75 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour

  • 4 champignons, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • powdered broth to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water

Side Dish

  • French fries
  • Boiled carrots and chickpeas

How to Make Crispy Dori Steak

  • 1. Mix all the marinade ingredients, then rub it all over the surface of the fish until evenly distributed, then let it sit for at least 1 hour to absorb
  • 2. Roll the dori fillets into the egg mixture, then roll them in dry flour (all-purpose flour) until evenly distributed in all parts. Do this up to 2 times while pinching so that the flour is curly
  • 3. Fry the fish in hot oil until dry and cooked. Remove and drain
  • 3. Steak Sauce:
  • Heat the oil, sauté the garlic until fragrant and yellowish.. then add the mushrooms and fry until wilted.. After that, add the water and add all the spices (except cornstarch)
