What Are Nachos Made Of?
In their simplest form, nachos consist of tortilla chips drizzled with melted cheese. First created in 1943 by Ignacio "nacho" Anaya, the first nachos consisted of deep-fried tortilla chips drizzled with melted cheese and topped with jalapeo (large Mexican green chilies).
What Flavor Nachos?
If served according to the traditional recipe, nachos generally have a spicy, creamy, crunchy, and sour taste, and contain a mixture of cheese which is certainly effective in adding to the delicacy. however, what really makes nachos so popular is the ease with which they can be varied.
Meat Stir-fry Ingredients
- 300 gr beef
- 1 pc onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 handful of coriander leaves / according to taste
- 1/2 tsp white onion powder/ 2 pcs chopped white onion
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika/chili powder (I skipped)
- Salt, a little sugar, black pepper to taste
- 6-7 adm tomato sauce
How to make
- - Heat a little oil, add the meat, stir-fry until it changes color
- - Enter the other ingredients, stir until smooth, cook briefly until the meat is cooked, you can add a little water if necessary.
Pico Material
- 3 tomatoes, seeds removed, diced
- 1 handful coriander leaves, sliced
- 1/2 bwg red onion, coarsely chopped (I skipped)
- 1/2 lemon
- A little salt (I don't use it, because the meat is already tasty)

Guacamole Ingredients (I Skip Because There's No Avocado)
- 1 pc ripe avocado, take the flesh
- 2 bwg leaves, sliced
- 1 handful of sliced coriander leaves
- 1/2 lemon
- A little salt
- *** Mix the above ingredients together, mix well
Other Ingredients
- Tortilla chips (I use happy highs and crispy chips)
- Greek yogurt (replace sour cream)
- Orange cheddar cheese (can replace quick melt cheese or something else)
- Chilli slices/hot sauce (I skipped)
