Ingredient

  • 400 gr chicken fillet
  • 100 gr prawns
  • 1 pc Japanese tofu
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 5 pcs garlic, fried
  • 2 tbsp red onion, fried
  • 4 tbsp sago flour
  • Broth powder, salt, sugar, pepper ( I 1 tsp coarse salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp broth, 1/2 tsp pepper)

How to Cook

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, puree with a food processor until smooth
  • 2. Heat the oil, round the meatball dough, fry until cooked using medium-low heat, remove and let cool
