Simple Capjay
Ingredient
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch pokcoy cut into pieces
- 10 pieces of sliced meatball
- 100 gr ear mushrooms, sliced wide
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs beaten off
- 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water
Spice
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
How to Cook
- 1. Sauté the chopped garlic seasoning, stir fry until fragrant, add all the spices then spring onions, carrots, pokcoy, ear mushrooms.
- 2. Enter the beaten egg, lastly add the dissolved cornstarch.
