Ingredient

  • 500 gr Rice
  • 1 Country Chicken
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 thumbs Ginger (Geprek)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Mushroom Broth
  • 100 cc White Arak (Optional)
  • 900 cc Water (according to each rice)
  • Leek
  • Oil for frying

How to cook

  • 1. Clean the rice
  • 2. Clean the chicken, cut it according to taste
  • 3. Put the Rice into the Ricecooker with the Chicken
  • 4. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add some of the stir-fried onions into the rice and chicken, add ginger, salt and mushroom broth.
  • 6. Add water and white wine, mix well. cook rice as usual.
  • 7. After cooked, stir again the rice, give a sprinkling of fried garlic and spring onions.
  • 8. Serve
