Ingredient

  • 3 chicken thighs (me: 250 gr small pot thigh fillet)

  • 1 sweet potato ( me : skip)
  • 1 cup rice cakes (me: tteobokki 12 bj kcl boiled bntr)
  • 1/2 cup water (to taste)
  • 1 tsp neutral oil (me: canola oil to taste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (me: myk sesame to taste)

  • 1/2 bks egg noodles (boiled)
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • Nori sheet pot 2 long

Marinated Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp gochugaru (me: skip it because I'm afraid it's too spicy, it's kind of like Korean chili powder)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (me: 3 tbsp soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp mirin (me: 1 tsp lemon juice + 1 tsp sugar)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (2 tbsp sugar)
  • 2 tbsp honey (2 tbsp honey)
  • 2 tbsp gocchujang (2 tbsp gochujang sauce)
  • 2 garlic cloves (2 cloves of chopped pth onion

Method

  • 1. Mix the marinade ingredients, mix well then take 3 tablespoons of mixed sauce to the chicken, marinate the chicken for 3 hours
  • 2. The remaining marinade ingredients will be used when frying other ingredients
  • 3. Saute the chicken until it is cooked using myk, set aside
  • 4. Saute onions, cabbage until soft, add noodles and ttebokki, stir, add the marinated sauce, don't put everything in, test until the taste is right on the tongue, then set aside
  • 5. Pour the mozzarella let it melt over low heat
  • 6. Sprinkle with sesame and nori
