Ingredients

  • 2 pcs white tofu cut into small cubes
  • 2 pcs carrots cut into small dice
  • 5 sticks of chickpeas cut into rings
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 bunch of broccoli noon
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in a little water
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

The method

  • 1. Saute garlic until fragrant, pour enough water and let it boil. Enter the carrot pieces add salt, mushroom broth, pepper powder mix well.
  • 2. Enter the pieces of tofu, chickpeas, broccoli stir briefly, then add the cornstarch solution, stir until slightly thick.
  • 3. Correct the taste, lift and serve while warm
