Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Chicken So Good Cut Whole (1kg)

Marinated Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce 250gr omayo
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Salt, pepper, seasoning, and mushrooms to taste

Oil Ingredients

  • 1. Clean the chicken, coat it with lemon juice
  • 2. Mix all the marinade ingredients into the chicken and mix well
  • 3. Close the lid and put in the refrigerator overnight
  • 4. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes / until cooked.
  • 5. Arrange the chicken then sprinkle with parsley
