Ingredient

  • 1 pack of flattened menjangan noodles that have been boiled and then drained
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced ​​into matchsticks
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs beaten off
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped

Spice

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

How to Cook

  • 1. Sauté the minced garlic seasoning, add the scallions, beaten eggs.
  • 2. Then add all the spices, carrots until cooked.
  • 3. Finally, add the noodles and check the taste.
  • Serve with pickled cucumber & chili.
