What is the Price of Mie Shake Bandung?

Why Called Mie Shake?

The term shake in the name of this dish refers to the cooking process, which is to shake the noodles in a metal bowl with a perforated handle, while dipping them in hot water. the type of noodle used is flat yellow noodles which have a softer texture.

Ingredients

250 gr of ripe gravel, cut into squares
250 gr brisket meat, boiled until cooked, sliced
250 gr bean sprouts, boil briefly
100 gr, boiled and drained fettuccine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground beef or mushroom stock
1.5 liters of beef broth (beef and leg bones if available)
1 spring onion and celery, finely chopped for sprinkling

Seasoning Ground

8 cloves of garlic
5 red onions
10 peppercorns
3 cm ginger, crushed
1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp oil for frying

How to make

1. Soup ingredients: boil the meat and bones until the meat is tender, take 1.5 liters or according to taste. Strain and set aside. If you don't like the smell of bones when boiled, add bay leaves, ginger and lemongrass.
2. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Remove and put in a saucepan filled with broth. Bring to a boil again add salt and powdered broth. Then taste correction.
3. Prepare a bowl: arrange pasta, sliced meat, gravel and bean sprouts. Flush with broth then add fried onions, celery leeks.
4. Serve with cayenne pepper and lime juice. If you like, you can add beef meatballs.
