Tofu Mix Using What Meat?

You can use brisket meat as an ingredient to make mixed tofu. The texture of the brisket is fatty but soft. This texture makes brisket meat suitable for serving as a soup dish.

Where Does Mixed Tofu Come From?

Mixed tofu is a spicy spiced dish originating from Lamongan. but you can find this dish easily in several other areas in East Java, such as Surabaya and Sidoarjo.

Ingredient

500 gr beef kikil boiled until soft cut into squares
2 greetings
2 lemongrass stalks
4 lime leaves
Salt, sugar, seasoning
Wet noodle
Rice cake
Yellow tofu (steamed me first)
Sprouts dicelur
Shrimp paste sauce

Ground spices

10 cloves of red onion
7 cloves of garlic
A piece of ginger and turmeric
4 pecans
A thumb of galangal

How to make gravy

1. Boil the gravel that has been cut earlier, stir-fry the ground spices, add the lime leaves, lemongrass and bay leaf, cook until fragrant.
2. Put the stir-fried spices into the gravel stew, add salt, sugar and seasoning to taste test
3. Serve, arrange rice cake, noodles, tofu and sprouts, lettuce, add pieces of sweet potato cake, 1/4 tablespoon of petis, pour the sauce and serve
