Scrambled Eggs Flush With Meat

Ingredients

• 4 chicken eggs
• 100gr minced meat
• 2 cloves chopped garlic
• 1 stalk of spring onion
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp fish sauce
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• Salt
• Pepper

Method

• 1. Crack the eggs in one pan. Back and forth if you want the egg yolks to be perfectly cooked. Lift
• 2. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the meat, after it is pale, add the spices. Stir well
• 3. Cook until absorbed and thick gravy. Add the scallions, pour over the eggs
